Activating your Benefitter Account

Step 1: Receive Benefitter account activation email

When your Benefitter account is created, you will receive an email notifying you that your account is ready to be activated. Click on Activate Account in the email.

If you do not receive an email, please contact your GA representative for assistance.

Step 2: Activate your Benefitter account

Upon signing in for the first time, you will be taken to your agent profile page. While on this page:

  • Create and confirm your password. Make sure your information is accurate and complete.
  • Activate your account by clicking on Activate.
Add NPN to your profile

If you know your NPN or the NPN of the agency that you work for, enter the number in the National Producer Number field and click on the Update button.

If you do not know your NPN number, click on the ‘Lookup NPN’ link to search it on the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) website. On the NIPR site, you can search by your SSN, Last Name, License Number, or by your agency’s Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). After you obtain your NPN, enter it on your profile page in the NPN field and click on the Update button.
