Communicate with Underwriting

There are two ways to send a message to the Level Funded Team:

Send a message via the Persistent Header – on the preliminary underwriting request or enrollment before submitting to the Level Funded team. 

To send a message to the level funded team, on the persistent header click on the down arrow icon. Add a message to the header if you have questions for the All Savers/UHC Level Funded Team about carrier policies or procedures (e.g., using different tax report instead of the wage and tax report). 

Add a message on the Communications & Documents section of the preliminary underwriting request or enrollment before submitting to the Level Funded team.
