Employee by Employee Cost Details

The employee by employee cost detail window breaks down the costs by enrollment tier and by contributor (employer / employee). You can access the cost details from the plan details.

The cost details will display age-banded or composite rates based on which method was selected for the employer contribution for that line of coverage. (See the Employer Contributions section of the Creating your Proposal guide for more information on composite rates and setting employer contributions.)

You can choose the timeframe for which the rate table displays costs (monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly) to match the client’s pay schedule.

If a gap plan has been added to a medical plan in the proposal, the employee by employee cost details will give you the option of viewing the sums of both premiums or each premium separately.
