Reminder Emails for Medical Questionnaires

Employees who have not completed the questionnaire will be sent reminder emails as the medical questionnaire deadline approaches. We will stop sending reminder emails when the employee completes the questionnaire, when the rates are available (they may have uploaded them directly), or when the IMQ expiration date passes.

Questionnaire email notification flood without apply for IMQ/GRA

This has been fixed! We ensure that the system will not send tremendous number of emails notification regarding the IMQ/GRA.

Gender is required when creating new employees via enrollment/elections upload

When entering an employee/s manually or via upload, the broker/agent needs to enter the following required information.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth -OR- Age
  • Gender

Assign Firm User Access – check broker name not saving

The Assign Firm User access bug has been fixed. You should be able to put a checkmark of the person you want to collaborate with.

All Savers – Enrollment – Election spreadsheet includes dependents for EE (Employee Only) tier

Dependents should not be in the election spreadsheet if the tier is EE (Employee Only).

All Savers Employee Enrollment Spreadsheet Can Be Uploaded with Missing Information

Instead of requiring that all required information be included in the employee enrollment spreadsheet for All Savers groups, Benefitter will allow the incomplete spreadsheet to be loaded and will display a message calling out the missing information.

A PDF of the Proposal Can Now be Shared as An Attachment

Proposals shared by UHC virtual operations will now include a PDF of the proposal as an attachment.

Agent Profile – Changing Direct User Profile Photo Deletes Broker/Agency Firm Information


We ensure that when agents change/update profiles it won’t affect the Broker/Agency firm information.

All Savers – Final Rates – Missing EE on B9 after changing its info to resubmit to final

Any changes/updates made in the EE information, we make sure that it will all reflect the changes made not just on the census and on the elections page but also on the final quotes page before resubmitting the group to All Savers.

All Savers – Installation – Submitted for Installation status is not updating immediately after submission

There is no more latency after hitting the Submit for Installation button. The Install button will immediately be unclickable and will be grayed out to inactive.

All Savers – Proposal – Compatibility filter page reloads to Selected Plans page

When the All Savers Compatibility Filter setting is changed to your preferred option after saving the new filter criteria, it should update all the Available plans and stay in the same page so the agent can select more plans. Not to reload to the Selected Plans page.

All Savers – Out of date – Plans moving from Out of date to Underwritten

When a change has made to a group that has already received underwritten rates, it should mark out of date.

All Savers – Installation – Submitted for Installation status is not updating immediately after submission

After submitting a group for installation, the indicator should immediately appear as “Submitted for Installation” and the “Install” button should not appear anymore.

Final Rates Download Feature

This feature is (currently) available for the All Savers groups only. This allows you to download the final quote PDF when the Final Underwritten Quote is returned. The Final Rates PDF can be downloaded either from the proposal or from the Enrollment Final Quote page.

When a user navigates to the Proposal that is tied to the Enrollment, clicking on the download button will launch an overlay that allows you to choose which Proposal PDF or CSV you want to download: Final Underwritten Quote or the (preliminary) Underwritten Quote. The Final Quote PDF mirrors the Proposal PDF, but the cover page and the header of the pages will say “Final Underwriting” and the plan costs will have a “Final Quote” stamp instead of saying “Underwritten Quote”.

All Savers Member Level Underwriting Threshold Update

Census-based underwriting allowed for 10+ Enrolling Employees for the state of MO permanently.

Medical Questionnaires at prelim PDF
We made sure that the SSN and date of hire are pre-filled out (from the census) in the PDF of the prelim medical questionnaires.

Enrollment Setup – UHC/All Savers “Package Savings Applied” note
The “Package Savings applied!” note stays hidden when the All Savers medical plan is inactive or when a UHC medical plan is not selected.

All Savers – Specialty compatibility – Warning message about not compatible plan
We ensure that the plans are compatible with each other when agents attempt to enroll in an All Savers medical plan alongside with All Savers specialty plan. If plans are not compatible, the system will still allow the users to proceed to the enrollment. However, a warning message will display letting users know that enrollment cannot be submitted electronically with All Savers.

Proposal Settings -the PEPM field is inactive but responsive
We fixed and ensure that under “Proposal Settings” if the field is inactive and greyed out, clicking on it shouldn’t cause any change on the PEPM amount.

Proposal – Carrier filter for promoted plans comes out empty
The “Promoted Plans” filter option will no longer be available when there are no promoted plans to show in a given zip code.

All Savers Installation- Paper ER Application link 
The ER Application “Do you have a paper Employer Application?” link will no longer be available after the broker submits the group for installation; this will prevent future errors and ensure that the installation requests will be processed smoothly and accordingly.

Proposal – Agent Presenter update warning
When making changes to the Agent Presenter, we relocated the “Warning Message” to not hide the Agent Presenter information. The message closes after the user select “cancel” if they decided not to proceed with the update.
