If you are enrolling a group in an All Savers and Humana Specialty Plans, you will need to process the All Savers/UnitedHealth Level Funded & Humana enrollment separately.

- The Humana Electronic Submission feature is not available. You will need to enroll these plans directly with Humana.
- Once employee elections are complete, you can download the elections spreadsheet from the Employee Elections page.

To access the enrollment documents, click on the communications & documents (paper clip icon).
Humana Paper Submission Documents
Click on the Other Carrier’s documents link, click on the Access Documents button to select and download the enrollment documents. You will need to enroll these plans directly with Humana.
